The Battle of Lexington and Concord

April 19 1775 is the date of the first battle!!
First shot was fired early morning at Lexington. There were 700 British army regulars who fought in the war. The main motive of the British were to capture the Americans weapons, but epically failed because the Americans had already received the information a head of time. So we the Americans, had ruined there plan!! At the North Bridge at Concord about 500 militiamen fought and defeated three companies of the kings troops, which help Americans with the battle.
